TW24.1.9 Release Notes

Welcome to the Trakwell.ai Release Notes for the first Program Increment (i.e., the first quarter) of 2024! We have many great patches in test, and improvements to the product in development for this Program Increment.

Here’s a list of the bugs we squashed in this release:

• Sales Statistics (Emp) - "Invalid Number" error reported on this report was caused by malformed data being entered in a sale field. The field(s) in question are now validated for the correct format so this "should not" be able to happen again. As well, the process which stores the data will do its best to correct any mistakes that could be made when entering data.

• Auto-Excluded photos are not able to be Unassigned - We resolved the logic errors which caused this issue.

• Chime sounding on every action - We resolved that the chime was sounding some accounts on every action. It was an intermittent issue but this fix now resolves the intermittent case.

• Potential Sale and No Sale Reports failing - There was a regression introduced in the fix for the Sales Statistics (Emp) report throwing an ORA-20104 error. This is now resolved for all reports.

• ORA-06502 Error: Character string too small - A very few cases there was a comment that was too large for the space given in any given photo so this error was thrown.

• Sale/PotentialSale/No Sale Report cannot pick individual store - The users were unable to drill into the tree of stores in these reports. The tree navigation had a regression from a previous tree rendering bug. Both are now resolved.

Here’s a list of the bug resolutions in queue for this Sprint:

• We are still chasing this very intermittent bug showing "AJAX ORA-20999 error on floorboard reporting a lock contention" when entering a Sale or Potential Sale from the Floorboard

• Reenabling the Dashboard!!!

• Not Able To Manually Add Photos From the All Photos Page - "Ajax call returned server error: ORA-01403: no data found"

• When a valid photo is auto excluded there is no way to make it unassigned

• In some cases, "No Data Found" is shown in the Sales Conversion Report when drilling into the individual stores

• Rearchitecting the "Saved Reports" to give an option to customise the results of the CRM searches - Watch This Space
