TW24.1.5 Release Notes

Welcome to the Trakwell.ai Release Notes for the first Program Increment (i.e., the first quarter) of 2024! We have many great patches in test, and improvements to the product in development for this Program Increment.

Here’s a list of the bugs we squashed the last four weeks:

• Wrong Time With Customers - Internally we deemed this patch the "Sea Change" as it brings an entirely new Floorboard under the hood. The code is so new, it is actually difficult to track everything this patch resolved specifically, though specifically the lag and errors when entering Sales and Potential Sales forms is no longer possible in the way it was caused with the previous versions. The code no longer exists. Along with this patch is a whole new implementation of Time With Customers.

• Comments and Notes in Potential Sales and Action Notes were "disappearing" after submitting the form. The Comments and Notes are now treated as separate entries and are saved with the contact.

• The "Sales Staff Rank" and "Monthly Comparison" tabs on the "Average Sale", "Revenue per Opportunity", "Sales Conversion", "Sales Vs. Opportunities", and "Total Sales" reports were disabled. They are now available. As well the reports were missing totals of people who were off the Floorboard during the duration that the report was run, even though they had split or shared sales which should have been included.

• Average Counts, and Revenue per Opportunity, and Sales Conversion reports Sort-By and Product Category filters were very out of place. The filters are now in the title bar along with the date pickers.

• The Sale/Potential/NoSale report had an intermittent UI bug in which the % of each transaction for each sales person was missing. This value is now reliably displayed.

• The From and Through dates on printed reports was printing the date that the report was printed in both fields, not the From and Through dates for which the report was run. Now the From and Through dates reflect the report dates.

• Sales and Potential Sales Emp or Loc counts reports have not matched the counts given in the salestatsloc api, now the counts are aligned

• 3 Way Split Not Working - No Option For 3rd Selection when the company allows for 3-way splits. This is now honoring the company configuration

• Attachments to Potential Sale form not completing the attachment process. The attachments are now landing on the potential sale and reflected in the Contact Manager.

• In the Product Category report under some circumstances the Users were not appearing in the stores to which they are assigned. Now Users are aligned with their correct stores and the stores in which they have been active.

• The Sales Conversion Report would display "No Data found" if any Product Category was selected aside from "All". The charts are now filtered on the selected Product Category.

• Searching for customers by First Name and Last Name, or searching by phone number has been very limited. Now searching by First Name, Last Name, and/or First Name and Last Name (i.e., Pat Smith) will now return all results of the two names in that order. Searching by "Smith Pat" in this example will not result in finding "Pat Smith". As well searching by phone number has been extremely limiting. Now all phone numbers do not have punctuation or spaces of any kind. Phone numbers only consist of digits (i.e., 5035551234) as such phone numbers must be entered and searched for using only numbers from now on.

Here’s a list of the bug resolutions in queue for this Sprint:

• The Chime continues to be the highest on our list of active items. It will be controlled by the Company configuration, accessible to the appointed Admin. The Chime will sound only when a new opportunity is added to the Floorboard. If the Chime is off for the company, it is disabled for all users for all locations.Podium requests are not sending for some locations for some customers

• In the Credits & Adjustments option, the users are not able to select a different Year or Month than the current date

• A very intermittent bug showing "AJAX ORA-20999 error on floorboard reporting a lock contention" when entering a Sale or Potential Sale from the Floorboard

• A very rare error seen when opening the Floorboard, "ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small"

• An AJAX error, "ORA-02290: check constraint (DOORCOUNTS.PHOTO_SALE_NN) violated..." when clicking on the Sale button in a photo

• Reenabling the Dashboard!!!

• Not Able To Manually Add Photos From the All Photos Page - "Ajax call returned server error: ORA-01403: no data found"

• When a valid photo is auto excluded there is no way to make it unassigned

• Sales VS Opportunities Displaying Incorrect Data (Store Level)
