TW23.4 - Bug Fixes and Known Issues November 17

We are thrilled that TW23.4 is live!

Thank you all for your cooperation as we worked through solving bugs that were discovered after release.

You may have already noticed the improvement in performance in terms of response and speed, not to mention that we have now achieved the highest level of compliance and security.

Our team is diligently working to fix all discovered issues and will continue throughout the weekend and right up to Black Friday.

Here’s a list of the bugs we squashed this week

• Responsiveness to sales, potential sales and exclude forms

• Assigning and reassigning opportunities will now work

• The salesperson order sort is now correct with unavailable salespeople at the bottom

• Availability status can now be managed properly

• Moving from unassigned to assigned no longer asks for reasons

• False alerts for cameras are now gone

• Executive View is back with some new search options

• Customer profile layout adjusts according to browser size

• Inaccurate time spent with customers is now tracked, displayed and reported correctly

• Sales data and potential sales data GET API are now available

Known Issues

• Sales order numbers are not populating in the drop-down in the sales form. This is the highest priority and is expected to be fixed in the next couple of days

• Chime is not working. This will be fixed in the next couple of days

• Podium is not working

• Lost status in the sale column in the CRM is missing.

• Notes column in the CRM is missing

• The scheduled actions calendar is displaying customer related actions instead of salesperson related.
